[NCUC-EC] Fwd: presentation on RDS in ICANN61

Hi Renata,

I think this is a fruitful way of getting people to engage at different
levels and calling them to present creates incentives for doing so.
I am not aware if all those who were contacted are currently active
(regularly following discussions) in the PDP, I think they are! However, I
would just like to kindly note that a certain time and experience in the
PDP should be a precondition for presenting at constituency day rather than
a posteriori (not this case since they are involved) - especially given the
short amount of time to catch up on such a myriad of issues at once. We
want people to engage, help us and inspire newcomers and outsiders (NCUC
but not in the PDP) to join the call! :) This is a suggestion for future
communication strategies.
