[NCUC-EC] Calls Attendance

Dear EC,

I just wanted to send a reinforce Stephanie's message during NCSG Policy
Call with regards to the low attendance from our community leaders.

While its completely understandable that this is one of the busiest times
of the year and some of us are rather double-booked, I believe we could do
a better job on coordinating our attendance on such calls or even taking
the time to send in our apologies. (and please ignore this message if you
have attended the call/sent in your apologies)

I personally think it would be important for us as NCUC leadership to
better strategize NCUC's participation in the different volunteering
opportunities across the NCSG community - especially with the policy work
in which could also profit from more participation from us - and would
welcome any suggestions from you:)

ps. I cc'd all NCUC appointees to the different NCSG committees as I
believe they could also participate in this discussion.
