I agree that theres no fuss to be made around conversion rates.

Nevertheless I asked Olga to calculate the conversion since its the
member's responsibility to at least try to keep the expenses within the
requested amount (in this case was 900 euro).

This looks fine to me. I don't think we need to fuss about exchange rates
too much, I can't imagine there's too much of a difference if we just use
current rates, given that it's only been a few weeks.
