[NCUC-EC] Fwd: FY19 Intersessional - your thoughts?

Elsa:
I'm on the ePDP. We will meet face to face in Los Angeles in a special meeting and again in Barcelona.
In my view, this further undermines the need for another intersessional meeting. First, the actively engaged people have less time; second, we are already interacting with other stakeholders in our "house" quite a bit.

Further, the whole idea that we have a special bond with the other non-contracted constituencies is rather amusing given that our main policy enemies in the ePDP is in fact the commercial stakeholders group. We know quite well what they think about most issues and we know they don't change that much.
