[NCUC-EC] Fwd: FY19 Intersessional - your thoughts?

Also no objections. And I agree with Elsa, for the time being, it is rather
late to make any substantial changes to the Intersessional, but let it be
known that considering that NCUC and NCSG leadership changes every year,
only the 2020 leadership will experience the meeting - but this problem can
be solved with reporting the discussions and thinking forward with incoming
and outgoing leadership teams.
