[NCUC-EC] Fwd: FY19 Intersessional - your thoughts?

I would definitely agree with having an intersessional every other year,
however I’m also considering the fact that we have an exeptional PDP
happening this year. Unsure if this could play a role in our need for
holding an intersessional or not.
