[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Question from Chris Mondini - CROP outreach plan

As per my understanding, Chris's consideration was for us to include a
sentence in our outreach plan that would express the constituency's
willingness to work closely with GSE teams in identifying other meetings
where the CROP would be applicable and that our members could be sponsored
to.  - I would have problems with that as we mentioned all  3 ICANN
meetings given that there was not yet an understanding regarding the
meetings other than the ICANN ones that the CROP would be applicable to.
