Dear Renata,

Chris Mondini made the comment below regarding the NCUC outreach plan.

It would be nice to see mention of working with Regional Org staff to
partner on outreach or other events that go beyond just ICANN meetings.
Also there is a lack of concrete metrics.  It is fine, but I think it could
be more detailed and actionable.
