PFA advice from NPOC Chair
There seem to have been some problems in email communication so it's a
Skype snapshop

Basically Joan endorses candidate Dina Thomas and informs us that
candidate Remmy Nweke is withdrawing his application (he also informed
Maryam, who made a note on the sheet)

So here goes the list of candidates again, please vote ASAP
