[NCUC-EC] ICANN62 - No NCUC Sessions

Hi

Thanks for the follow up. Indeed I don't think we should use NCUC
funds for this.
Also find it difficult getting organized and contacting GSE so soon.
Anyhow, if there is any interest in pursuing this discussion should be
 on a separate tag/discussion space.

We are discussing here the inexistence/existence of NCUC Sessions at ICANN62.

I understand Elsa didn't oppose
Bruna suggests 1h to brief members. If so then would be good to
suggest when and if others agree.
