[NCUC-EC] ICANN62 - No NCUC Sessions

Hi everyone,

About the NCUC meetings during Panama - I dont think 3 meetings were good
enough considering they could clash with pdps sessions, but maybe 1h
meeting to brief members (I know that we have morning GNSO briefing
sessions) and to showcase presentations of the fellows could be a good
thing.

About the Policy slam - after hours meeting past the NCSG course - that I
had suggested in the last call, as you may remember, the action points were
for me to contact the member and check if the offer was still up and then
consult GSE.

Well, I consulted with the Organization we mentioned and I was told that
there was never an offer for space, only for local support in contacting
and mobilizing their network for the meeting. Lia told me that she could
still try to find a space maybe with the government, but the funds for
catering or even drinks would have to be NCUC or other organization funds
(as I find very hard that GSE would support us in this).

If we are still to do this, we should discuss the model of the event and if
its of any worth. I personally think that a more relaxed event with pitch
talks about our organizations and the policy development process we work at
icann could be a good way of showcasing NCUC, what do you guys think?

Best,
Bruna
