[NCUC-EC] NCSG-At Large outreach

Hi everyone,

The Panama meeting is a policy meeting (only this time around, from next
year it will be policy-outreach).

   This session is an outreach for NCSG and its constituencies so in effect
it is your outreach. I suggest getting involved with agenda setting of the
NCSG outreach but not have a separate NPOC-NCUC outreach, that would be too
much and you will be in conflict with many other sessions,

Whoever wants to be involved with setting the agenda as well as Renata
reach out to me and Tatiana.

I also think 3 hours might be too much for this session and we might have
conflicts so we might have to shorten it. Anyhow all the groups will be
getting equal time.
