Putting the EC meeting and outreach on Saturday increases the risk that some of us can’t attend.
Any way to move it to Sunday?

Dear EC,

Here is the draft program for Abu Dhabi

Saturday 28th October: 1.30 to 3 pm EC meeting

Saturday 28th October: 3.15 to 18.30 Outreach

Monday 30th October: 12.00 to 12.30  Meeting with GAC (have to ask Maryam about the arrangements)

Tuesday 30th October:  9.00 to 12.00 NCUC Constituency day
For now we have on our program a 45 minute session on private ordering, meeting with RSSAC review team, I could invite Brian Gutterman the GDD Registrant person, I am trying to get a couple of Board members to attend our constituency day - Also NCUC Fellows (including mentor and mentee should present, I am planning to invite ICANN fellows to our CD as well)



What else would you like to add to this plan? Especially for outreach, we might want to invite people to speak and we need an agenda. After you comment I would like to send this to our members for further comments.
