[NCUC-EC] Request from ICANN LAC GSE for LAC Strategy

Dear EC

I was asked by ICANN LAC GSE to indicate LAC leadership in GNSO to
participate in LAC Strategy, along with others in GNSO (NCSG and RySG
Councillors from LAC currently, leadership from ISPCP etc)

I've indicated as LAC leadership in NCUC the NCUC EC LAC.

Given that NCUC is in elections time, when elections are finalized, if
we have an NCUC EC LAC officer, they will be a volunteer to the LAC
Strategy Steering Committee which will help on engagement in the
region.

This message is to communicate this dialogue and I'm available for any
questions.
