[NCUC-EC] Policy training preparation conversation

Hi everyone

So here we are talking about a policy "training" which will happen before
ICANN61.
 Is this different from the policy "course" or a continuation to it?
Is the comment referred to in the doc we mean a 'public comment' on an
issue which would arise before ICANN61?
