[NCUC-EC] Our answers to NCSG EC questionnaire on NCUC Review

Hello Executive Committee,

 NCSG is carrying out a review of the NCSG constituencies to determine if
any recommendation should be made to the Board regarding a change in
status.

So Tapani a few months ago sent us a questionnaire. I have filled it in but
feel free to beautify it, make it neat, add to it. The deadline to submit
the answers was yesterday, so we need to wrap this up quickly.

I will submit this to Tapani tomorrow at 6 PM UTC.
