[NCUC-EC] Hotel expenses for Joburg

Just letting you know that I  instructed our treasurer to pay (as a
deposit) half of the hotel expenses for Johannesburg. This hotel
accommodates 7 NCUC members hotel nights for outreach. some asked for early
check-in which we obliged. It came up to $1,294.66. I will send you the
invoice after the event.
