[NCUC-EC] ICANN Joburg travel support

Hi all,
Farz, thanks for following up on my suggestion and explaining it. That's
exactly what I was having in mind when I suggested splitting NCUC
fellowship into two parts - knowing that travel support covers only the
stay during the meeting. It is important to bring key EC members and other
important contributors to outreach. Both Ines and Renata - and actually
Farz - will be on ICANN travels support but will, in fact, stay for a few
nights longer because of the outreach. It's important to assess the budget
costs for this - and taking those hotel nights from the CROPP fund will
leave us with less and less money for the outreach itself.
Cheers
Tanya
