[NCUC-EC] NCUC Session in Johannesburg /NCSG policy outreach

Hi all,

Just following up on this - I understand that there's still additional
expenses that we might need to cover, and some uncertainty around the
budget, so partial funding, like around 300 USD, would be fine as well, if
that might be possible.
