[NCUC-EC] Abu Dhabi Travel Slots

Hi all

I'm glad it seems there aren't any more loose ends for ICANN60
However, the discussion on travel funding is likely to happen so I'll
leave questions, perhaps, for the future:
- Can ICANN split travel funding? I.e. accomodate requests such as
sharing accomodation etc?
- Is it possible to suggest alternative accomodation or travel
arrangements (for instance, I'm pretty sure the daily rate for the
venue hotel for ICANN59 could cover at least 3 other rooms in B&Bs -
also for those who do long layovers sometimes would rather have more
flexible plane tickets)

I don't expect answers for these questions but I think sometime soon
EC may want to position itself regarding this.
I guess only the fact of posting them shows my stand: a more
intelligent use of resources is necessary.
