[NCUC-EC] Agenda for NCUC breakout at intersessional

And I do hope a miracle happens in the travel situation (wishing on
the impeachment star) and things change.

In the meantime, we also have intersessional call tomorrow so if
anything to observe, please let us know.

Outreach briefing should be short.
If possible I'd like to brief the EC about NCUC fellows in ICANN58 -
who they are, what they are doing, how to get them more involved. Ines
I believe may also have insights.
