[NCUC-EC] Not attending the intersessional

Hi all,

I am not going to be able to attend the intersessional. I have been advised
to take precautionary measures in light of the current draft executive
order that might not allow current visa holders re-entry to the United
States. We still don't know the details or even if/when it will be
effective but that is the advice now. For this reason, I have canceled the
Iceland trip already. I am sorry about that. It might be resolved for
Copenhagen, it might not. We just have to wait and see.

what you need to know is: There is going to be a webinar to attend for
newcomers to intersessional I think end of Jan. If you are not familiar
with intersessional or you want to refresh your mind please attend.

We need to have an agenda for our break out sessions. So think about what
you want to do during our EC meeting. We need to get a lot done and I think
we will have 90 minutes. The meeting seems to be in parallel to NCSG . we
start at 8 and join NCSG at 9.30.

We need someone to carry out chairing of a couple of our sessions. Please
nominate yourself if you would like to replace me and be the point of
contact for ICANN.
