[NCUC-EC] Urgent - Anti harassment policy public comment

Hi all,

I just wanted to give you a heads up that I am submitting an individual
comment. While I like many aspects of the NCUC comment, I felt that because
I joined the conversation too late my comments were best conveyed in an
individual comment. I have a lot of comments because of my past work as a
university anti-harassment educator.
