[NCUC-EC] Pictures and short bios

Hello everyone,

Here is the link to the updated page of the NCUC Executive Committee.

As you can obviously see I am not very talented in using word press! But
for the moment it's ok until Maryam comes back and makes some minor
changes. David sent no pic so I just added his name.

If you see spelling mistakes, misalignment, something that has to be fixed
urgently let me know.
