[NCUC-EC] The use of ICANN booth at ICANN 58

Thank you, Renata! I will wait for others and if there is no objection I
will send a call for volunteers to the NCUC mailing list in the next days.
I think we don't have people to be present there all the time, but would be
good to cover coffee breaks and other breaks. Let's see.
