[NCUC-EC] NCUC - EURALO outreach at ICANN 58

Thanks, Renata - if you are free after 18:00 please come at least for the
drinks and networking session (and maybe bring some fellows with you?) It
will start at 18:15 and it would be a good opportunity for them to start
mingling and networking. Well, let's play it by ear. But I hope you can
attend at least the "party" part.
