[NCUC-EC] Cannot make it to Copenhagen - lets plan this together

All,

I have just been informed by Gtech office of international scholars that
even if things change in the US I should not travel until the situation is
more certain. That means I cannot make it to Copenhagen. I am sorry about
that.

I would like to suggest that Tatiana starts the constituency day and
moderate it. Each EC member can also take on a role based on each agenda
item of the constituency day, for example
Ines chairs the segment on New Comers, taking into account Anna's
suggestion.
 Anna can chair the procedural rules meeting.
 And the e-meeting can be chaired by Renata.

Tatiana and Ines will brief the fellows.

I am sorry that we don't have a process for such situations so I just
picked some names and since Tatiana is very much involved I thought it's a
good idea to have her take over the constituency day chairing.

Perhaps Anna,  we need procedural rules for such situations as well.


I wanted to do more with NCSG policy meeting so I am thinking perhaps Ines
can take on that role and contribute to the NCSG policy meeting (which
should be organized by Tapani but I wanted NCUC to contribute).
