[NCUC-EC] Meeting with Rob on Thurs

I don't know if I told you this. I have arranged for Rob to meet with us on
Thursday for our break out meeting to talk about the process of approval of
the NCUC  bylaws. We need someone there to take notes. Can someone
volunteer?
