Hi

My vote goes to Milton.
We do need an experienced NCUC member who has "the ear" of
international civil society on this and I believe this is Milton.

That being said, I had planned to recuse myself from CROPP voting
because I used to be an applicant myself, but I dropped out. But given
the urgency, I thought to contribute, in case my vote can mean
something.
