[NCUC-EC] CROPP

Farzy, I agree. I didn't weigh in because it's "my" region and I saw the
likelihood of this being approved as very high so didn't feel quite right
to intervene forcefully. How shall we proceed - will the call on the
mailing list for CROPP do the job or is it a decision of the EC whom to
send there?
I might be there on other funding but I have to clarify with the source of
funding whether I will be able to engage fully in NCUC activities. Right
now I am a bit doubtful about this, I will ask.
