[NCUC-EC] Fwd: CROP Proposal - Europe region - Internet Freedom Festival | Candidate: Ayden Férdeline

Please kindly inform us when it is urgent or not and put a deadline for us
to review.
CROP process starts 2 months before the event and this one is in March (we
are in December) so there wasn't any emergency in my sense.

Do we have other CROP proposals which are more urgent?
