[NCUC-EC] Fwd: CROP Proposal - Europe region - Internet Freedom Festival | Candidate: Ayden Férdeline

Given the lack of mention of any self-organized sessions in Ayden's
proposal, do you guys think it should be a good idea if we ask him
to include information in this sense?  Im suggesting this in order to avoid
any questions from GSE team in case we approve this CROP and the proposal
doesn't get selected for IFF's agenda.
