[NCUC-EC] Selection of candidates for Policy Committee representatives

Hey all,

I'll be brutally honest here. I think a call would be imperative at the
moment. I'm not quite sure about our candidates after having reviewed the
applications. I'm tending to state the need to send out another call for
candidates to be honest. So a call would surely help maybe change my mind
and help take this forward as we are short on time as far as I know. The PC
NCUC is a tough job to take, and it's important that we trust the
candidates we choose 150% in my opinion.

I look forward to the deliberations.

Best,

Elsa
