[NCUC-EC] Interesessional preparation

I attended  the preparatory meeting today for intersessional but I won't
have time to attend many of them. Someone (especially those who supported
this meeting to be held) should volunteer to attend these meetings.


   - Planning group confirmed dates and location of the 2018 NCPH
   Intersessional meeting to be held in *Los Angeles, USA on Feb. 1-2, 2018*
   .

We can send 7 delegates (Including EC). Robin has also kindly offered her
help because she lives near LA and can attend and hopefully attend the
preparatory meetings.  If we are all ok with that can send Robin as one of
our delegates too. I wanted to make an open call but I think Robin is
qualified to do this. But we have to tell our members about the decision if
we agree to send Robin.
