[NCUC-EC] Spam filter problems

Hi,

Following a quick discussion with e-team I created the SPF record.

How much it helps remains to be seen, it's only one factor in
Google's spam analyzer. Its effect should increase with time,
especially if people keep using the "Not spam" button whenever
list messages are tagged as spam.

Tatiana, does this message go to your spam folder?
