1. STATEMENT OF INTEREST

ICANN 60 in Abu Dhabi will be a general meeting.

As a NCUC member, it will be interesting to participate to all activities
organized by NCUC, such as outreach events, sessions and discussions with
members. This particular meeting will enable me to be focus on NCUC’s
activities and be more engaged.

As a member of the GNSO review Working Group, it will be an opportunity to
attend our WG meeting and to continue our discussions about recommandations
in the charter.

As a member of New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Working Group, important
discussions are actually going on, I can mention financial aspect of New
gTLD, applicants’ fees, implementation, etc…

It will be an opportunity for me to attend these Working Group sessions
physically.

I take this opportunity to apply for NCUC funding as mentor. I have
abilities as an IGF Fellow, Commonwealth IGF fellow, EuroSSIG fellow, ISOC
tutor, Computer engineer, etc…

   3.  MENTOR



   It has always been a wonderful opportunity for me to be mentor/coach for
the fellowship programme. I did it third times. During ICANN49, my two
mentees were Wisdom Donkor and Philip Adar. In Helsinki during ICANN56, my
mentees were Isaque Monteiga and Andrew Molivurae from Vanuatu. And during
ICANN59 in Johannesburg it was Silas Ngabirano. (*Ref: Siranush vardanyan,
Janice Lange)*

   I take this opportunity to apply for NCUC funding as mentor. I have
abilities, IGF Fellow, Commonwealth IGF fellow, EuroSSIG fellow, ISOC
tutor, Computer engineer, etc…

   I will provide my report no later than one week after the meeting.

   I agree to abide by the NCUC funding rules.
