[NCUC-EC] Fwd: NCUC Outreach in Brazil - asking for support

Renata had to cancel her outreach events partly because we did not respond
to this request. Remember that I am not a voting member of EC I only come
in when there is a tie. But it was my fault not to follow up on her request
with the EC. Please follow up on these requests on time in the future.
