[NCUC-EC] Date for Charter amendment confcall

Hi everyone,

as we initiated the process for charter change consultation and suggested
that we have a conference call for NCUC member.
I would like that we held the call next Wednesday 13:00UTC and announce
that soon in the list.
it would be 1hour call where we can give a briefing and explanation, and
respond to any process question.
All EC members should attend the confcall .
