[NCUC-EC] Review NCUC Travel Support Applications

Hi everyone,

maybe as workable suggestion, we can review if we can provide partial
funding to Michael, Benjamin and Bonface. we can discuss how much we
allocate.
as reference this is the travel policy requirements:

for this time, we will follow-up more closely with the support recipients
and "mentor" them during the meeting. I think Farzaneh has some suggestions
