As to the NCUC slot, I still support Rachel.


It is unfortunate that Marillia applied late. She is great  but we can't
set a precedent of accepting late applications. It might come across as
unfair.

As to Carlos Vera, he is a good candidate and I hope he gets engaged more
but  unfortunately he does not have the minimum level of experience with
NCUC that we need. I think we should definitely reach out to him and
persuade him to get engaged to be considered for the next round.

Milton and Joao, please let us know what you think, we need to decide on
this today. It's too late, ticket prices are going up.
