[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Canceling/Reschedule Today Confcall at 14:00UTC

Hi everyone,

I just sent this notice to NCUC list for some reasons. it seems there was
confusion and we didnt get confirmation about the availability, it is
clashing with another group call and most important is that as EC we didnt
have enough time to prepare for it.

we got an issue list and some questions to respond. I would think that is
better for us as EC to have a preparatory call before to go through them
and work on some responses . that may impact our current timeline but we
cannot adjust same for the election timeline.

please confirm your availability for Friday 13:00UTC for EC call and Monday
13:00UTC for NCUC call.
we have to work on this before the calls.

Hi everyone,

I am sorry for short notice but we are canceling the confcall for today and
rescheduling either to this Friday or next Monday.

This will allow more time to go through the issue list raised with the
comments on the bylaws draft (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wYP4-JGKA_
u6QligvViBkygzj8Q62kmFF-ky5XSWWDU/edit).
We will send details about next call date/time soon.

In meantime, please review the issue list in the attached document and also
those questions:

1. Should the bylaws include the process of removal of ncuc officers such
as EC members and how?

2. Should the bylaws predict processes for participating in empowered
community and how?

3. Changes are made to the ncuc bylaws to align it with ncsg bylaws. Since
ncsg is going to go under bylaws reviews what should be done if ncsg bylaws
again disalign with ncuc in some respects?

you can also share any issue/question you would like to add for discussion.
