[NCUC-EC] URGENT: Proposed EC statement on transition and ICANN reforms

Thanks for the notes from the NCUC.



I gather that there are few hurdles still get over yet – including a law
suit asking NTIA to not let the contract lapse.



ICANN is however moving quite fast to get all the pieces in place ready for
the change.
