Hi everyone,

please find here the ballot for the election. please review it carefully. I
put some instructions for the vote to clarify in particular for new member.

the links and candidates may be updated after we get all acceptation.  can
you also please check about the weight for the votes, it seems different
between NCUC and NCSG.

Important Remarks:

1- For all position: please select 1 candidate only
2- If you select more than 1 choice, your ballot wont be counted.
3- You can change your vote till the deadline 1 23:59UTC, only the last
selection will be counted.
4- You can vote for all positions i.e. chair and all Executive Committee
seats.
5- if you don't select any choice for a seat, the vote for that seat will
be counted as zero.
6- You will receive several reminders during the election with same link to
your ballot. The weight of your vote is indicated in the ballot (1 for
individual, 2 for small organisation and 4 for large organisation).
7- If the abstention count is greater than any candidate for a seat, the
seat will remain vacant. The candidate with the most votes wins/
8- For Bylaws voting: please select one choice only either Yes or No.
