[NCUC-EC] Fwd: Conduct at ICANN Meetings

Thanks Rafik.

Good that we all agreed on the same approach. I am unsure about BC's
recommendation that staff with consultation with experts draft the
document. Unless some of the experts are from the community and can update
the community etc. But it might be a good way to get it done and then
during the public comment we can make changes if we want to.

And using IGF code of conduct as exemplary is a joke! It is brief and has
nothing detailed on harassment. and RIPE for that matter but at least they
have contact points, which is a good approach. I looked over NTEN ( not any
other orgs) and I think something similar to that might be good. Haven't
had the time to look at others.
