[NCUC-EC] revised statement - please indicate support or comment this week

+1 from the peanut gallery. My only question is whether there’d be any point in noting that addressing the problem in the community work/social settings (as opposed to the intraorganizational staff setting where one assumes there are clear rules) presents challenges that are common and widely unmet yet by many conference-based processes, including little operations like the United Nations. Some of the mail list discussion seems to be veering close to suggesting that ICANN is uniquely bad on this score, which can then blur with larger political outlooks and agendas etc.
