[NCUC-EC] another working session for EC about bylaws

In my ICANN55 app calendar I see a NCSG EC meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30 am
We could meet around the same time. It is possible that my hotel room in the Palmeraie Palace could be used, although lately I have had some connectivity problems there.
