[NCUC-EC] Ekpe reimbursement

I have now processed Sonigitu's bank account so that I can wire money to him.
However, I cannot find a record of the exact amount we agreed to give him.
My understanding is that we agreed to pay for his unsuccessful visa application, which was around US$ 800.
But I can't find any receipts. Can anyone on EC help me out?
