[NCUC-EC] The candidates for PC

hi everyone,

unless I heart a strong objection I will extend the deadline till next
Wednesday.
I think we should do the same for SCI too,
after collecting the different applications for the different calls we
initiated, we should start the selection/appointment. but lets compile the
name first.
