Thanks for your time and interest. I do remember you.

There is only one attachment in the open call, that is, the Mentor Pilot Program Guide. Did you receive that? Please disregard anything else.

My apology for some unclarity about the application process.

Actually, there is no formal application process. You could choose to respond to the list by writing something to express your interest as per the requirements listed in the call.

If you do not repond to list, your application that is sent to me will be finally delivered to the EC.

Dear Zuan/Peter:

I am sincerely interested in being a Mentee in ICANN's Mentor Pilot Program.
I have been a member of NCUC for 2 years.

I was an observer during the process of the Translation and Transliteration Working Group,
so that I could learn how working groups operate.

I will be a participating member of the RDS PDP working group which begins on 26/01/2016.
As you know, the complexity of ICANN and its constituencies is daunting to the point of being
overwhelming to a newcomer.

I would dedicate myself to working and studying under the tutelage of a Mentor. I have ample
time to devote to this learning, including my participation in ICANN-related activities.

I have extensive experience as an international teacher in China, Libya and Ukraine/Crimea.
I was teaching in China when you were chosen as the representative for NCUC-EC for Asia
and the Pacific.

I received your email regarding this opportunity, however I was unable to open Attachment 2.
Would you please send it to me?  Also, I am unsure as to the specific application process for
this opportunity.  Please advise me soon, since the deadline is fast approaching.
