3. FY17 special requests


   - Draft proposals by EC
   - Call for comments from NCUC members
   - Schedule call with Finance team

4. Appointments : starting the call for volunteers

5. Bylaws amendment

6. CROPP slots allocation
7.Communication & Outreach plan:

   - Side event in Brussels update
   - Flyer and printout for marrakech meeting
   - Website content and structure update / Social media
   - NCUC newsletter and other material?

8. AOB


   - Allocation of travel slots to EC members.
